What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the product, quantity, and customization level. Low MOQ and mixed product orders can be discussed for selected products.
Can I request a catalog?
Yes. Catalog access requires name, email, WhatsApp, country, and business type before the catalog link or follow-up is sent.
Do you provide product photos and videos?
Product photos, videos, and listing content can be prepared for approved wholesale or private label buyers when product details are confirmed.
Can I customize logo, color, or packaging?
Custom logo, color, packaging, and product set options can be discussed for suitable larger orders.
Can I order samples first?

Do you make medical claims?
No. RovaPaw keeps wording focused on dog gear, walking gear, outdoor use, mobility support, comfort, daily care, and aging dog routines. We avoid strong medical claims.
